Come to Stay
Crow flew to my window
Come to stay, come to stay
Crow flew to my window, come to stay
Crow flew to my window
Seem like just the other day
Crow flew to my window, come to stay
Right there by his side she was his raven bride
Like dark honey by full moon their light did shine
And together day by day many wonders they displayed
From the crown of that old sweet magnolia tree
You know they made a strong foundation of interwoven sticks
A fortress from thin air and corvus wit
And they lined that nest with love, pine needles, grass, and bits of fluff
They bound it with young ivy—soft as spring
